How to take it

Take one capsule three times a day on an empty stomach (up to 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after food). This is very important for SIMBA™ to work effectively and ensure optimum absorption.

Persevere with SIMBA™, as it generally takes 6 - 8 weeks for your body to begin to feel the benefits. Due to the complexity of the immune system we recommend a 6-month course of SIMBA™.

Do not take SIMBA™ if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have had a bone marrow or solid organ transplant and should not be taken while on anti-coagulants such as heparin and warfarin.  

SIMBA™ is not generally suitable for children under 12 years.

SIMBA™ is not tested on animals and is suitable for vegetarians as it comes in "vegecaps".
